Olumodan Ayodele

Chief Financial Officer

Ayodele joined Lighthouse Capital Limited as the Chief Financial Officer from TAK Agro & Chemicals Ltd where he was appointed as Group Accountant in 2017 having served as a Senior Accountant in the Group for about 10 years. He was also a banker with the old Omega Bank Plc and Enterprise Bank Plc.

  • Olumodan Ayodele is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA-UK).
  • He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State and a Diploma in Data Processing from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos.
