Non-Executive Director

An astute professional with expertise in corporate and business law, consulting and asset management with over 20 decades of quality experience. She holds a Law degree (LL B) from King's College London and was called to Bar in 1998 She is an alumnus of Yale University, Connecticut, USA and University of Passau, Germany.

  • Currently, she is the Managing Director of Chronos Group, Dubai/Germany a company with subsidiaries across various sectors spanning from financial services etc She also co-founded Chronos Asset Management a financial service company focusing on delivering fund/ portfolio and investment advisory services to corporate clients within the shore and offshore She als spearheaded the growth of the group by establishing Chronos M&A.
  • Prior to her current role, she served as the Managing Director of Filterinvest, Holland and Restructuring Consultant for Competition Authority, London, UK.
  • She is a vibrant member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn and the World Economic Forum.
